This is 3rd round of civil petition filed by plaintiff. It is same matter, same property, same subject. Plaintiff`s earlier civil suit titled (Mohd Sharif v Mst. Safoora Bibi) was dismissed. Plaintiff himself appeared in High Court & Supreme Court of Pakistan and his appeal CPLA 1182/2011 (Sagheer Ahmad v Mst. Safoora Bibi) was also dismissed.

Plaintiff is concealing the truth and misguiding the Hon`ble court with the objective to cheat and deceive Hon`ble Judges.
“Makaan No 2” is declared a Supreme court of Pakistan see Judgement C.P.L.A 1182/2011. Suit is barred by law and should be dismissed U/O 7, r 11.
Plaintiff and others trespassed “Makaan No 2” and were charged under FIR281/21.
“Makaan No 2” is rented to Mohd Khan, who has registered Tenancy agreement.

This is 3rd round of fresh suit filed by plaintiff. Plaintiff`s initial suit (Mohd Sharif v Safoora Bibi) was dismissed in 2009.
