After death of plaintiff Safoora Bibi, her son Shafqat Ahmed proceeded as legal heir, suit title (Shafqat v Latif, Sugraan etc)
Brief Facts
Kanal 33-16 marley land was transferred using forged sale deed on 07-03-1978.
Tehsil record shows, copy of forged sale deed 560 on plain paper, without any FARD, copies of ID card of seller or buyer attached.
Forged sale deed 560 on a plain paper do not have seller`s signatures, Thumb impressions, nor ID card and has incorrect address etc.
Fraud was committed by Mohd Hanif, Mohd Latif, who transferred land in the name of Mohd Latif & Abdul Aziz, their younger brother Abdul Aziz. Land was distributed at later stage among all parties.
Fraud was noticed in 2008 after obtaining land documents when Mohd Sharif, Hanif and Latif attempted to commit fraud and grab plaintiff house in Nov 2007. see suit title ( Mohd Sharif v Mst. Safoora Bibi)

Tehsil record shows copy of forged sale deed 802 on plain paper, without any FARD, copies of ID card of seller or buyer attached.
Forged sale deed 560 do not have seller`s signatures, Thumb impressions, has incorrect address etc.
